Job Description

- Administer HR documentation across the employee lifecycle, including contracts, addenda, leaves of absence, exits, reference letters, and employment certificates.
- Maintain personal files in compliance with legal, audit, and internal requirements.
- Accurately update and manage employee master data in HR systems.
- Support HR Business Partners and the HRS team on HR legal, administrative, and operational matters.
- Ensure timely execution of HR processes through clear communication, data accuracy, and follow-up.
- Contribute to operational efficiency and process improvements within the HR Shared Services environment.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in HR administration or related areas.
- Experience in a Shared Service Center (SSC) environment is highly desirable.
- Strong PC literacy, including Microsoft Office, and experience with Workday or other HR systems (SAP experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in English and German (B2+).
- High accuracy, attention to detail, and a structured working style.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Strong communication skills and professional behavior in all interactions.
