      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide guidance and consultation on high-priority, complex human resources projects

      - Collaborate with departmental management to align HR practices with newly enacted legislation and regulations
      - Conduct presentations and participate in meetings to communicate findings and recommendations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Eligibility for appointment and ability to pass required examinations
      - Background investigation clearance required prior to hiring
      - Strong organizational, time management, and customer service skills
      - Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and communicate effectively
      - Proficiency in utilizing analytical techniques to resolve complex problems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in human resources or a related field
      - Familiarity with state regulations and legislation affecting human resources
      - Strong presentation skills and ability to engage stakeholders effectively
      - Previous experience in a government agency or public service environment
