What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the setup and maintenance of Workday account management organizational structures, including data entry and configuration
- Ensure Workday data integrity by validating and auditing system data regularly
- Develop and maintain standard Workday system queries and reports for HR staff and end users
- Troubleshoot customer and system issues, managing request tickets to ensure timely resolution
- Support the Request for Change (RFC) process for Workday configuration changes and assist in testing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in relevant Human Resources systems, HRIS, or IT systems
- Exposure to data management or HRIS, particularly supporting Workday
- Proficiency in basic Excel, with preference for intermediate-level knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills and problem-resolution abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in writing or developing reports within an HRIS
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Customer service experience with exposure to internal stakeholders
