What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define training and learner objectives to meet business goals
- Design and develop learning solutions in various formats
- Create delivery and deployment programs for successful learning transfer
- Document and report results to ensure business goals are met
- Identify and implement continuous learning opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5 years of experience supporting a training/learning organization or equivalent background
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training/Education, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Knowledge of instructional design methodology and adult learning principles
- Proficiency in online authoring tools, preferably Articulate 360
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- APTD, CPTD, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR certification
- Experience in pediatric specialty care or related field
