      Our team is responsible for maintaining our HR Technology Operations. We handle our core SaaS HR Technology ecosystem (Workday HCM, Cornerstone Learning, and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery) to ensure our systems and technology are meeting the evolving needs of our organization.       Your Impact:

      In this role, you will be an integral part of the Human Resources (HR) Workforce Technology team and will be expected to:

      • Lead a team of highly skilled HR Technologists to handle and maintain our HR technology ecosystem. Develops and administers schedules, performance requirements; may have budget responsibilities.

      • Plan and advise the strategy and ongoing administration of the HR Technology ecosystem (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, Cornerstone) to support short and long-term organization goals, enable efficiency, collaboration, and innovation.

      • Build, manage, and align our HR Technology governance through documented controls, risk management, data management and system change management processes/procedures.

      • Manage system security as it relates to – System Administration/Tenant Settings, Authentication Policies, Business Process Domains, and Security Groups (both creation and provisioning).

      • Practice Risk Management Excellence by ensuring our operationally critical systems are safe & sound.

      • Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices and partner with various teams across the organization to understand struggles, prioritize requirements, and find opportunities to improve processes and gain efficiencies.

      • Partner with our suppliers and Enterprise Operations & Technology (EO&T) team to manage and maintain our HR Technology operations.

      • Advise team members on impacts regarding new initiatives, functionality updates/changes, EO&T directives, and operational changes.

      • Lead the team through required system change management processes (capturing business requirements, configuration, testing, production updates & training). Ensures that documentation is accurate and complete prior to move to production.

      • Support all HR technology releases and upgrades.

      • Manage backlog of operations requests through prioritization, assigning resources, and communications to ensure work is completed by deadlines and meets customer expectations.

      • Partner with systems enhancement & HR technology project teams to perform assigned or requested duties. Research, trouble-shoot and provide resolution to problems that may arise.

      • Performs other duties as assigned.

      Qualifications:

      • 8-10 years HR Technology related experience and 2+ years’ management experience.

      • College Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred

      • 4+ years managing SaaS technology operations such as Workday, ServiceNow, Cornerstone.

      • Workday experience preferred.

      • 4+ years System Change Management including developing & managing system governance following risk management practices.

      • Experience managing projects and/or applying an agile methodology

      • Experience with integrations between HR system and 3rd party systems

      • HR business sense and problem-solving skills

      • Knowledge and experience in popular business tools (Windows, Microsoft Office 365, Visio, SharePoint, etc.)

      • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

      This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $124,000 - $186,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
