What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and deliver comprehensive onboarding experiences for new employees
- Develop and implement structured onboarding roadmaps for new hires
- Facilitate engaging orientation sessions to ensure a positive experience
- Collaborate with HR and department managers to support new employee integration
- Gather feedback to continuously improve the onboarding program
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in HR, recruitment, or onboarding roles
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an onboarding, orientation, or training role
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple onboarding schedules
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HR systems and compliance requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in English and French
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, training and development, or a related field
- Experience in onboarding design and delivery
- Ability to develop engaging training materials
- Proficient in using HR information systems and productivity software
