      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Responsible for system administration, troubleshooting, and providing system support for HRIS
      - Maintain the HRIS Workday system and other client HR applications and tools
      - Provide HRIS admin support for system configuration, reporting, and security
      - Troubleshoot and resolve HR systems issues while managing Level 2 HR applications tickets
      - Create and enhance HR ad-hoc and scheduled reports, ensuring data quality and compliance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in HRIS administration and support
      - Strong knowledge of Workday or similar HR applications
      - Ability to perform system audits and fulfill compliance requests
      - Experience in user training and enablement on HR applications and tools
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with HRIS configuration work and testing
      - Familiarity with data quality measures and system integrations
      - Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment
      - Knowledge of HR compliance standards and practices
      - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
