      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a subject matter expert for UKG Pro Workforce Management modules, including Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, Leave, and Analytics
      - Lead system configuration, implementation of new functionalities, and resolution of complex technical issues
      - Oversee data integrity, security roles, audit compliance, and regular maintenance cycles
      - Design and deliver complex reports, dashboards, and analytics using WFM tools and data exports
      - Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Compliance to streamline processes and improve user experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
      - 5–7 years of hands-on experience in UKG Pro WFM configuration and system administration
      - Required expertise in UKG Workforce Management (formerly Dimensions) Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, and Analytics modules
      - Strong understanding of HRIS, Payroll, and related cross-functional business processes
      - Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, and acquisitions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in healthcare or multi-site/matrixed environments
      - Advanced knowledge of UKG Pro WFM and related reporting tools
      - Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
      - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
