What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a subject matter expert for UKG Pro WFM modules, leading configuration and implementation of new functionalities
- Oversee data integrity, security roles, and audit compliance while managing escalated support tickets
- Lead cross-functional projects involving WFM system updates and enhancements while aligning technology solutions with operational goals
- Design and deliver complex reports and analytics using WFM tools and collaborate with HR Analytics for actionable insights
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and Compliance to streamline processes and improve user experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in UKG Pro WFM configuration and system administration
- Required expertise in UKG Workforce Management Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, and Analytics modules
- Strong understanding of HRIS, Payroll, and related cross-functional business processes
- Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, and acquisitions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
