      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain and optimize UKG, managing system configurations, security settings, and user access
      - Identify and resolve system issues, ensuring stability and minimal downtime
      - Lead testing for system updates, patches, and enhancements, validating functionality
      - Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support decision-making
      - Provide technical guidance and training to HR teams and business users

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience
      - 3+ years of experience in HRIS system administration, configuration, and data analysis
      - 1+ year of experience with UKG system administration (preferred)
      - Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis, with experience in report generation
      - Familiarity with HR functions such as benefits, payroll, and talent management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or similar
      - Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
      - Strong problem-solving and communication skills
