What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide day-to-day technical and administrative support for Oracle HCM and Taleo systems
- Troubleshoot functional system issues and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve errors
- Identify process improvement opportunities by reviewing workflows with vendors and end users
- Manage HR department's intranet/employee portal to ensure a positive user experience
- Conduct audits and reconciliations of HR data related to core HR functions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations, and payroll system support
- Functional background in Cloud HCM, specifically Oracle HCM/Fusion and Taleo Enterprise Edition
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio
- SQL coding experience is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Oracle Cloud BI Publisher
- Familiarity with additional integrated applications such as ADP Benefits Administration Services
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
- Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
