      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Configure and maintain UKG Pro modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration, and Workforce Management
      - Lead the rollout of Workforce Management across facility locations, ensuring system readiness and user adoption
      - Develop and manage scheduled and ad hoc reports for payroll audits, benefits monitoring, and compliance
      - Troubleshoot system issues, perform data audits, and recommend process enhancements for user experience
      - Serve as a technical partner to HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, and Operations, providing support and training on HRIS capabilities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro (UltiPro) focusing on reporting, payroll integrations, or system configuration
      - Demonstrated knowledge of payroll and benefit compliance frameworks, including ACA and 401(k)
      - High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential data effectively
      - Exceptional analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable insights

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with UKG Business Intelligence (Cognos) and Excel-based data transformation
      - Familiarity with HR compliance filings such as 1095-C and EEO-1
      - UKG Pro certification or related system training
      - Previous work experience in healthcare or multi-state, hourly workforce environments
      - Experience with Workforce Management (WFM) implementation and support
