      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer and optimize the UKG Pro Human Capital Management system, including Payroll, Benefits, and Workforce Management modules
      - Lead the rollout of Workforce Management across facility locations, ensuring system readiness and user adoption
      - Troubleshoot system issues and perform data audits to enhance system accuracy and user experience
      - Develop and manage reports for payroll audits, benefits eligibility, and compliance monitoring
      - Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Finance to ensure accurate data governance and compliance readiness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro, focusing on reporting, payroll integrations, or system configuration
      - Demonstrated knowledge of payroll and benefit compliance frameworks, including ACA and 401(k) regulations
      - Exceptional analytical skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential data
      - Experience in healthcare or behavioral health environments preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - UKG Pro certification or related system training
      - Familiarity with HR compliance filings such as 1095-C and EEO-1
      - Experience with Business Intelligence tools and Excel-based data transformation
      - Knowledge of Workforce Management post-implementation processes
