What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a functional expert for the design, development, and testing of new technologies for HR functions, including recruiting, training, benefits administration, and payroll
- Participate in team and inter-team groups to develop PeopleSoft and Kronos systems
- Develop standard and ad hoc reports for team metrics, processes, and audit controls
- Implement audit controls for employee service center staff regarding payroll and benefits, identifying data risks and integrity issues
- Assist in system testing for quarterly releases and maintain various tables within PeopleSoft
What is Required (Qualifications):
- College degree in Business, Human Resources, or IT, or equivalent experience in a related field
- 2-4 years of increasingly complex experience in PeopleSoft systems, including payroll and benefits administration
- 1-2 years of experience utilizing the Kronos timekeeper system
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Strong oral, written, and listening communication skills
