What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage vendor interface relationships and troubleshoot errors via error log reports
- Lead team members in interface development for new processes and vendors
- Conduct audits on data integrity of interfaces and make recommendations for improvements
- Assist with ongoing HR data requests and provide support for large employee changes
- Develop report specifications and liaise with relevant teams to implement reports in production
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Finance
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Benefits Analyst, HR Analyst, or Financial Analyst
- Proficiency in HR software and experience with large data files
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including V Lookups
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project management experience
- Auditing or billing experience
- Experience with Oracle/Markview systems
- Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) certification
- Professional in HR (PHR) certification
