      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to understand business strategies and maximize the Workday system
      - Elicit requirements from HR teams to identify current processes and desired outcomes
      - Write comprehensive business requirements and ensure successful translation into technical system requirements
      - Perform testing and validation of deliverables prior to user acceptance testing (UAT)
      - Serve as a liaison with the training department to educate users on system navigation and usage

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or Computer Science, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience with Workday across multiple products and extensive knowledge of HR business processes
      - Significant experience with Workday reporting, security, and integrations including vendor coordination
      - Strong analytical ability with excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work independently or as part of a team

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of IIBA/PMI Business Analysis Standards and/or equivalent certification
      - Experience with waterfall and agile project methodologies
      - Familiarity with Jira/Confluence
      - Exceptional problem-solving and business intelligence skills
      - Effective presentation skills to communicate complex information clearly
