      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer and maintain Ceridian Dayforce HCM, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Talent Management modules
      - Develop and manage complex HR reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Dayforce Report Designer and Power BI
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and deliver actionable insights
      - Manage day-to-day HRIS operations, including data entry, auditing, and troubleshooting issues
      - Train HR staff and business users on system functionality and best practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
      - 3-5 years of HRIS experience, with at least 2 years of direct Ceridian Dayforce HCM experience
      - Proven experience creating and managing custom reports and dashboards in HR systems
      - Strong understanding of HRIS database design, structure, and data relationships
      - Hands-on involvement in data conversion and interface development is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in Dayforce Report Designer, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts)
      - Familiarity with benefit eligibility rules, enrollment procedures, and HR compliance standards
      - Ceridian Dayforce certification(s)
      - Experience supporting or managing system integrations with third-party vendors
      - Prior experience with Workday, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, or other HRIS platforms is a plus
