What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the design and architecture of the Recruiting and Onboarding modules in Workday, focusing on business process configuration and optimization
- Collaborate with functional teams, including Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, and HR, to integrate requirements into the Workday system
- Provide technical leadership by evaluating alternatives for resolving business and technology issues
- Oversee the configuration moves through environments and contribute to the maintenance of the Workday system
- Implement solutions based on stakeholder feedback and ensure proper documentation meets organizational guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in HR or IT-related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience configuring Workday Recruiting and Onboarding
- Strong understanding of report writing and calculated fields, with knowledge of HCM, Talent, and Learning products as a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize workload effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience implementing large-scale transformation projects in HR
- Familiarity with project estimation methodologies
- Proven interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
