What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and implement AI-powered solutions to streamline legal and compliance operations for the employer globally
- Assist with regulatory affairs, including managing licensing and examination requirements
- Support contract administration, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating partner agreements
- Maintain compliance with internal controls and manage required training and operational validations
- Collaborate with senior leadership and outside counsel to address complex legal and regulatory challenges
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one year of experience in an in-house legal team, legal technology team, or corporate law practice
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience reviewing and navigating complex contracts and regulatory requirements
- Strong aptitude for leveraging technology, particularly AI, to solve legal challenges
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in a startup environment
- Familiarity with fintech products and travel industry regulations
