What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build, manage, and optimize complex HubSpot workflows to guide prospects through the acquisition lifecycle
- Write persuasive, conversion-focused copy for automated email and SMS communications
- Create and maintain a HubSpot lead scoring system based on engagement and behavior
- Implement automated retargeting strategies to keep prospects engaged throughout their journey
- Build dashboards and reports to analyze lead flow and workflow performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Deep experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub automation, workflows, segmentation, and lead scoring
- Strong email design skills and expertise in direct response copywriting
- Strong understanding of membership nurture and acquisition strategies
- Ability to interpret performance data and adjust systems accordingly
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Experience in optimizing marketing automation for member acquisition
- Proven track record of increasing engagement through email and SMS campaigns
