What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and optimize the HubSpot Marketing Hub, executing email campaigns and workflows
- Collaborate with the Community Lifecycle Marketing team to scale email channels and improve performance
- Ensure CRM and marketing data integrity, compliance with privacy regulations, and effective targeting
- Build and manage dashboards, reports, and automation processes to support internal stakeholders
- Monitor KPIs and report on campaign development, timelines, and results using HubSpot analytics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing email campaigns and workflows in HubSpot (Marketing Hub required)
- Deep understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation and deliverability
- Proven experience building lifecycle campaigns from the ground up
- Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- HubSpot certifications are a plus
- Intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization
