      Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

      Reports To: VP, Corporate Human Resources

      Department: Human Resources

      Location: Restaurant Support Center - Atlanta, GA

      Job Summary:

      The HR Coordinator supports the Human Resources department by managing a variety of administrative and compliance functions. This role helps ensure accurate record keeping, supports internal processes and systems, and contributes to employee engagement initiatives. The position also provides Workday support by creating job requisitions, reports, and responding to requests for assistance.

      Key Duties/Responsibilities:

      • Compliance and Maintenance
        • Oversee E-Verify process, system, and case updates. Collaborate with HR field team to collect required documentation for case management. Responsible for maintaining company and government compliance requirements for employment eligibility.
        • Maintain and update electronic HR files including policies, job descriptions, and trackers on the HR department shared drive
        • Assist with maintaining personnel files in Workday to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately
        • Manage the updates and distribution of the compliance poster with vendor partner
        • Assist with managing the department budget by processing and coding invoices and department credit card charges
      • Administrative Support
        • Plan and execute company events including monthly birthdays and anniversaries celebration, annual holiday party, and other culture events and employee engagement
        • Provide administrative support to SVP, Human Resources including calendar management and department meetings
        • Coordinate schedules and travel logistics for candidates, vendors, and guests
        • Organize quarterly People Excellence Committee (PEC) meetings, coordinate agenda, take & distribute notes
        • Manage business card ordering process
        • Conduct 1-week, 30-Day and 90-Day new hire orientation check-ins.
      • Workday
        • Create job requisitions for the restaurant field teams
        • Act as SME for Workday Help, creating and maintaining knowledge articles and routing and responding to Help cases
        • Create and distribute reports, including monthly birthday and anniversary report and monthly employee list for training team
        • Respond to tier 1 Workday support requests
        • Support Sr. Manager, HRIS with analytics and reporting

      Position Requirements (Education, Qualifications, Experience):

      • Bachelor’s degree required (preferably Human Resources or Business Management degree)
      • Must have a minimum of two years of related HR work experience or internship experience with a working knowledge and understanding of Human Resource programs, principles, practices, and regulations
      • Must have a comfort level learning and using a wide range of technology such as HRIS systems, LMS systems, intranet platforms, invoicing portals and other business software
      • Must have the ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize, and manage a heavy workload and multiple projects.
      • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
      • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships and interact effectively with all levels of the organization and external vendors and business partners
      • Able to maintain confidentiality with highly sensitive data and proprietary information
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, ability to create Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations are required
      • Workday experience preferred
