      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Investigate and analyze partner separations in collaboration with HR teams and external stakeholders
      - Manage unemployment claims and provide timely, professional responses
      - Offer guidance on unemployment policies and rehire eligibility to HR generalists and management
      - Deliver high-quality customer service via phone and email communication
      - Maintain accurate case documentation while ensuring confidentiality and compliance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience in customer service, HR administration, or case management
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
      - Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Education or certification in Human Resources or a related field
      - Experience with unemployment claims or financial relief programs
      - Familiarity with case management tools and HRIS platforms
