      Position Summary

      We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Coordinator to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This role plays a critical part in supporting the implementation of corporate HR policies and initiatives at the business unit or division level. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, helping to resolve complex HR issues and drive organizational effectiveness.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Partner with management to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

      • Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

      • Participate in enterprise-wide HR programs such as salary reviews, stock renewals, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.

      • Analyze HR data and trends to develop proactive solutions and process improvements.

      • Facilitate training sessions and presentations to support employee development and engagement.

      • Coach and influence leaders to foster a high-performance culture.

      • Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable employment laws.

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

      • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a corporate or matrixed environment.

      • Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and best practices.

      • Proven ability to resolve complex problems using sound judgment and a systematic approach.

      • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

      • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and manage multiple priorities effectively.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.       Our Base Pay Range for this position

      $74,100 - $123,500
