Job Description:-
1. Held a legal degree in Human Resource section
2. Having minimum 5 year experience
3. Independently handle the HR issue
4. Good exposure of Staff Agreement and legal Letter
5. Staff Appraisal Process
6. Good Knowledge of Statutory Compliance i.e EPF, ESIC, Gratuity, Compensation act etc
7. Able to generate the monthly ESIC, EPF Challan.
8. Priority will be given to Development Sector (NGO) working Staff
9. Able to organize staff orientation program to improve their capacity building and skills.
