What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Evaluate and process workflow transactions to ensure the integrity of people data
- Respond to HRIS help desk tickets and inquiries sent to the HRIS mailbox
- Create and maintain HRIS standard operating procedures and end-user job aids
- Conduct audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with policies and procedures
- Assist the HRIS manager and perform other duties as required based on business needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of HRIS or related HR experience
- Strong attention to detail
- High level of responsiveness and strong customer service focus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with report writing
- Familiarity in using a variety of technology applications
- Ability to evaluate problems, apply knowledge, and produce quick results
- Experience with technology troubleshooting
