      - Assist HR team with projects, summarizing information and making recommendations on actions needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources strongly preferred
      - 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resource department with a focus on legal and analytical functions
      - Proven proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, confidential environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Workday is a plus
      - Ability to manage multiple changing priorities effectively
      - Experience in handling employment-related civil actions and investigations
