Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations and personnel matters.

Investigate workplace concerns and manage grievance procedures.

Manage unemployment claims and represent Deaconess in hearings.

Support recruitment efforts—sourcing, screening, hiring, and onboarding top talent.

Assist in developing and communicating HR policies and training materials.

Facilitate positive employee relations through effective communication and problem solving.

Bachelor’s degree + 5 years HR experience, or equivalent combination.

Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.

Strong employee relations and conflict resolution skills.
-
PHR certification preferred.
