- Support the company's policies and general guidelines at the local level, work together with the associates.
- Give the special attention in supporting the HR Manager for administering and implementing the country's labor regulations and laws, avoiding the Company from sanctions or non-conformities by associates.
- Conduct processes of selection, compensation and benefits, well-being, occupational safety and health, training and development of personnel to meet the Company's requirements with respect to employees, based on the objectives set by the Region.
- Check all payroll process and everything that is generated from it, such as final payments, social benefits, Social Security and Voluntary Contributions, consolidation process and generation of Accounting Interface and verification of debt capacity.
- Coordinate the preparation and execution of annual plan of training and sub activities of this HR process, which supports the evaluation of technical and behavioral competence.
- Elaboration and updating of HR indicators in order to have supporting information for the company's processes.
- Carry out the documentation procedures in the processes of hiring and withdrawal of associates, in order to ensure compliance with the legal provisions and the general policies and guidelines of the company at the local level.
- Be responsible for the process of verification, creation and payment to the different suppliers of HR, checking that the collections comply with the established negotiations.
- Support process of disability, maternity and paternity leave, social security entities, labor certifications, embassy letters, social security payments, changes in social security entities.
- Maintain the file of the work histories updated, in order to support the information requirements of the associates and audits from the government and Huntsman.
- Lead the compliance, implementation and updating of the integrated management system (ISO 9001 Quality, SGSST, SAGRILAFT, OAS, ESH Standards). Review and develop procedures, instructions and formats according to the established parameters of each system for the HR area.
- Microsoft Excel office tools intermediate advanced.
- Payroll ERP, event organization and logistics, labor law, payroll administration, work group management, conflict management and negotiations.
- Management of affiliations to the social security system, SAPB1 management.
- University Professional in careers related to humanities, Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Psychology.
