      As a Human Resources Analyst, you will assist with the administration, analysis, and monitoring of the Company's Compensation, Benefits, and Human Resources (HR) programs and processes. You will participate in various projects directly related to Compensation, Benefits, and HR, and provide assistance in the administration and auditing of the Company's Human Resources Information System (HRIS). To excel in this role, you will need strong written and verbal communication skills.

      As a Human Resources Analyst, you will assist in conducting an annual compensation market analysis, both internally and externally, to evaluate new positions and make changes to existing ones. Your expertise will be crucial in providing recommendations based on your findings. Additionally, you will actively participate in the compensation survey process, ensuring timely completion and tracking of survey due dates and costs. You will research potential survey vendors and offer recommendations as assigned. Updating and maintaining accurate job descriptions for all positions within the company will be a key responsibility, ensuring that there is a current job description on file for each role. Provide valuable assistance throughout the lifecycle of Compensation, Benefits, and HR projects, maintaining comprehensive and accurate records of all project activities and information. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in Compensation, Benefits, and HR will be essential. You will serve as a system administrator for the company's market pricing system, ensuring its smooth operation. Reviewing and auditing various reports and data from the company's HRIS will also be part of your role, providing assistance with system administration, processes, and reports as assigned. You will support leaders in locating and scheduling reports in the system and gather requirements for new report requests. Your contribution to the administration of the annual General Wage Increase (GWI) process will be substantial. Additionally, you will administer various fringe benefit programs as assigned and assist in developing communications related to these programs. Completing employment verification requests requiring pay information and government-required wage surveys will be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring the timely processing and submission of required monthly benefits billings will also be a key aspect of your role. Regular interaction with internal and external contacts, as well as vendors, will be necessary, conducted through phone, email, and occasional in-person meetings.

      The ideal candidate for this position should have previous experience in Human Resources, Compensation, and/or Benefits. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field or equivalent experience is required. Additionally, the candidate should have a preferred minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Compensation, and/or Benefits, as well as previous experience utilizing Workday or a similar system. While not required, a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) Certification or other HR-related certification is preferred.
