      Position Summary

      The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for data entry and personnel file creation and maintenance. Serves as primary point of contact and provides general support to the Human Resources Department. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.

      Qualifications

      MINIMUM EDUCATION: High School Graduate or equivalent
      PREFERRED EDUCATION:
      MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: One year office secretarial/clerical experience in customer service environment; Demonstrated communication skills (oral and written), interpersonal/customer service aptitude, organization/time management skills; Proficiency with computer based software, particularly using Microsoft Office suite products with experience using Excel, Word and Outlook
      PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Bilingual (English/Spanish)
