      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain and manage HR records with precision and organization
      - Proactively address employee inquiries and identify opportunities for HR process improvement
      - Support HR operations, including payroll functions and troubleshooting
      - Facilitate employee onboarding and assist with various HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle
      - Conduct periodic audits of HR files to ensure compliance and documentation accuracy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate’s Degree in a related field; BS/BA preferred
      - 1-3 years of administrative or office experience required
      - 1-3 years of human resources experience preferred
      - Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Proven ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working remotely across a multi-state organization
      - Competence in the Windows operating system and Microsoft Office Suite
      - Familiarity with HRIS administration, such as Paycom
