      Job Summary : Perform a variety of administrative, clerical, filing and other related duties in connection with the function of the Human Resources Department. Provide customer service at the front desk by greeting customers, answering the Main HR phone lines, handling routine inquiries regarding benefits, employment verifications, etc. Ensure personnel files are updated timely and maintained as needed. Be familiar with basic CaroMont benefits, payroll, employe relations, and recruiting processes to provide a 1st line resource to customers and triage more complex issues to the appropriate teams. Maintain and monitor supplies, materials, and maintenance needs for the department. Assist with other projects and duties as directed by the Director, Human Resources.


      Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. At least three years of human resources or receptionist experience required. Effective communication skill and considerable ability to deal tactfully with all CaroMont Health employees, prospective employees, and the general public. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required. Experience in a healthcare environment is strongly preferred.
