Job Description

- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in accordance with County retention policies.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to time entry, payroll, and general HR matters.
- Generate and maintain recurring HR and payroll-related reports.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including scheduling interviews, orientations, and related meetings.
- Respond to employment verification requests in a timely manner.
- Distribute weekly HR announcements to internal staff.
- Support the planning and coordination of employee events (e.g., recognition ceremonies, retirement celebrations).
- Handle emails, phone calls, and other correspondence promptly and professionally.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and discretion in all interactions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma.
- A minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated experience in Human Resources.
- Experience with PeopleSoft.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Regular Full-time
Monday - Friday | 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
Depends on Qualifications
Based on 26 pay periods
