      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist recruiting by completing I-9 forms, scanning background checks, and maintaining accurate personnel records
      - Triaging phone calls to the appropriate staff and/or departments
      - Provide support to the Human Resources Department by coordinating multiple projects, including development and implementation
      - Handle key front desk responsibilities while supporting the HR Department
      - Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree in Human Resources or a business-related field
      - Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in an office or administrative setting
      - Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
      - Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving ability
      - Excellent communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare-related environment
      - Knowledge of HR practices and regulations
      - Familiarity with HR software and systems
      - Additional certifications in Human Resources or related fields
      - Bilingual skills
