      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and document management
      - Assist with auditing employee records to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
      - Prepare and maintain accurate HR reports for leadership and departmental use
      - Support organization-wide systems such as meeting room management and other data management
      - Provide customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associates degree in Human Resources or a business-related field
      - Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in an office or administrative setting
      - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
      - Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving ability

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare-related administrative role
      - Familiarity with HR software and data management systems
      - Additional certifications in Human Resources or related fields
      - Knowledge of labor relations and compliance regulations
