      A Typical Day

      The Human Resources Administrator coordinates and implements office services such as records control, projects and other administrative activities for the site Human Resources team. Interprets operating policies; exercises independent judgment in the resolution of administrative problems. May be expected to handle sensitive and/or confidential information.

      Job Responsibilities

      •Audits and monitors hourly timecard exceptions weekly to ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
      •Under the direction of Site HR leadership, provides routine coaching and refresher training to supervisors on timekeeping compliance and best practices.
      •Supporting supervisors on the effective delivery of coaching and corrective actions regarding timekeeping policy.
      •Support new hire orientation through document preparation, conducting as needed and SuccessFactors onboarding.
      •Support and assist with recruiting events
      •Uses various software applications to assemble, manipulate and/or format data and/or reports.
      •Administers unit operating practices such as record keeping systems and forms control.
      •Assists with special projects, office activities, employee events and Employee Engagement Committee events.
      •Generates routine correspondence as needed.
      •Maintains records through filing, retrieval, retention and storage.
      •Responds to employee inquiries and schedules meetings under direction of HR team leadership.
      •Responds to unemployment claims.
      •Manage confidential information
      •Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
      •Support a fast-paced working environment

      What You Will Need

      •High School diploma OR Associates degree OR 2 years of related experience
      •Ability to lift up to 30lbs
      •Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
      •Strong analytical and project management skills
      •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization

      What Will Put You Ahead

      •Associates degree and 3 years of related experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of related experience.
      •Knowledge of the functional areas of Human Resources management

      · Pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, handling and grasping, twisting/turning, repetitive bending.
