- Responding to HR requests both face to face and over the phone.
- Assisting Team Members in signing into HR Platforms and Training functions
- Assisting applicants in completion of employment applications.
- Being able to maintain Family Style Service with internal and external people.
- Assisting with New Hire Orientations and functions as needed including making badges, passes, and handing out uniforms.
- Assisting in Employee Appreciation Events which include helping with execution.
- Must maintain confidentiality of the HR department which includes all Team Members communication with HR.
- Attend and participate in all HR events, functions, and meetings.
- Must be comfortable working in collaborative work environment
- All other duties as assigned.
- 1-year of administrative experience required.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, possess computer skills, maintain proper phone etiquette and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong Microsoft Office experience including experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint preferred.
- All candidates must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in a collaborative environment.
- Must be able to stand, sit, bend, stoop and lift up to 50lbs.
- Must be able to stand/walk/ sit for extended periods and be in environments that are loud and contain secondhand smoke.
- Must be at least 21. Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing. Must be able to pass a background investigation.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
JOB SUMMARY:
Aid and support in the effective application of HR policies, procedures, and practices of Scioto Downs overall operations.
