      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with the development and execution of the company's compliance library
      - Work with Operations Management to deploy Alternative Work Schedule (AWS) policies and procedures
      - Research changes in laws and regulations throughout the U.S.
      - Ensure compliance with EEO-1 requirements and reporting to government bureaus
      - Manage compliance as it relates to employment law updates and pandemic-related requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - College Degree or some college-preferred
      - HRCI or SHRM Certification preferred
      - Experience with Canadian Law and understanding ways of working with unions
      - Knowledge of employment law regulations
      - Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
      - Excellent organizational/project management skills
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Exemplary work ethic and professionalism
      - Ability to work and collaborate with others
      - Results-driven mindset

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Human Resources or relevant work experience
      - Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
