      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to legal requirements
      - Provide guidance and training to employees and managers on compliance matters
      - Research changes in laws and regulations and communicate findings to stakeholders
      - Draft policies and procedures to enhance the organization’s compliance position
      - Conduct audits to ensure compliance with applicable state and federal HR regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of extensive experience with healthcare compliance, project management, and HR employment law
      - Familiarity with maintaining and developing compliance plans
      - Strategic and forward-thinking approach
      - Ability to work onsite for meetings and events as needed in the La Crosse and Green Bay, WI areas

      - Experience in developing and facilitating compliance-related training
      - Strong analytical skills for data reporting and compliance planning
      - Proven track record in improving compliance processes and mitigating risks
