What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expert advice, counsel, and support in areas of HR policy, compliance, employment processing, performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee relations
- Promote HR practices that foster an employee-oriented, high-performance culture
- Manage multiple clients and projects with proven project management skills
- Conduct work on-site at clients' locations or remotely with some travel required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of HR experience as an HR Generalist/Leader
- Blend of corporate and consulting experience preferred
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification strongly preferred
- Experience in leading difficult conversations and administering benefits and compensation programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in consulting firm background in accounting/consulting or HR consulting industries
