      POSITION SUMMARY

      Responsible for providing a variety of professional-level activities in support of the Human Resources and Recruiting functions. Including providing administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry.

      QUALIFICATIONS

      • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required. College Degree preferred.
      • Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work well with people.
      • Speaks, writes, reads, and understands English.
      • Demonstrates skills in organization, problem-solving, decision-making, conflict resolution, and the ability to work independently.
      • Proficient computer and data entry skills.
      • Ability to work with a sense of urgency and manage multiple tasks at once.
      • Experience in a clinical research setting and/or knowledge of medical terminology preferred yet not required.

      ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY

      • Support day-to-day operations of the HR and Recruiting functions
      • Liaison between the Human Resources and Recruiting functions and outside agencies to meet the companies hiring needs.
      • Assists onboarding Registered Nurses for International research.
      • Supports new hires in completing their onboarding activities in the Workday system.
      • Review credentials/onboarding paperwork to ensure completion.
      • Promote the employer brand through interactions with candidates.
      • Works with the business teams to track needs and candidate skills.
      • Submits and monitors background checks for international employees.
      • Ensures benefit information is completed and submitted to our international partners.
      • Assist in managing metrics to meet the international growth goals.
      • Assist in the research of international policies while partnering with our legal and compliance teams
      • Develops positive working relationships with external and internal customers through responsiveness and delivery of accurate, timely and effective services.
      • Exhibits effort and follow-through in resolving customer problems and needs in a timely manner and brings resolution to issues on a timely basis and within policies or established standards.
      • All other duties as assigned

      The typical base pay range for this role is USD $52,000 - $72,800 per year.

      Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience, skills and other market-based factors.
