- Coordinate the administration of employee onboarding process for new hires, training and development programs and enrollment in appropriate in-house training sessions in a timely manner.
- Personnel files management (including those within the company HRIS), maintaining / inputting and preparing reports from our various systems based on applicable data and reporting requirements.
- Draft and coordinate WSIB claims and filings.
- Provide assistance and support to the HR Manager and regional operational leaders, as required
- Provide technical support, acting as the regional prime contact for building access and other regional functions;
- Draft professional level correspondence, memorandums, and other internal / external communications, as required;
- Assist and support with the coordination of fleet requirements, such as training, communications, tracking, etc.
- Perform regular audits of regional benefits data to ensure accuracy in coverage and billings;
- Process all regional billings associated with employee services ensuring correct allocation and coding;
- Support the HR Manager and regional leadership with a variety of HR reporting metrics, as required;
- Coordinate and manage the administration of the Company’s rewards / recognition program;
- Act as first line of support for walk-in / telephone inquiries;
- Support annual compensation review process by creating, augmenting, and providing reports to the HR Manager for review annually;
- Maintain all regional mailing lists and audit on a regular schedule;
- Lead / Assist with coordinating / planning company events, as necessary;
- Maintain office / seating log and update as necessary;
- Provide overflow and backup support to the broader HR team;
- Travel to various sites to aid in onboarding and orientation activities.

- A Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management
- HRPA Enrolled Member in good standing
- 1-2 years’ experience working in a Human Resources or administrative support capacity
- Proficient user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Project) – Advanced user
- Valid Ontario Driver's License and the ability to travel to various sites around the GTA

The Regional Human Resources Coordinator supports the regional Senior Human Resources Manager, and broader HR team, as well as the regional business with a variety of administrative tasks and activities related to on-boarding, off-boarding, training administration, benefits administration, data audits, billings, HR reporting, reward programs, and other employee services.
