      The HR Coordinator will work collaboratively with the HR Team to provide assistance and support in multiple functional areas. The HR Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting not only the HR group but also all team members across the Transwestern family of companies.

      The approach of the Human Resources team must be consultative, productive, focused on legendary customer service, focused on building the appropriate infrastructure to support rapid growth, translating strategies into action, and results.

      It is also the responsibility of the HR Coordinator not only to exhibit legendary customer service when communicating with internal and external clients, but also to focus on productivity and results.

      POSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

      Administrative:

      • Organize and coordinate HR meetings including scheduling, preparing materials and/or decks, and facilitating day of execution.

      • Manage vendor contracts and process invoices for the larger HR Team.

      • Act as a liaison with other departments and outside firms.

      Compliance:

      • Assist with the distribution and tracking of annual HR initiatives.

      • Audit HR data and HRIS changes to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

      • Assist in managing compliance with Contingent Workers.

      • Process Verifications of Employment through third-party vendors.

      Communications:

      • Send team member communications during pre-determined life events.

      • Process job postings and assist with the modification of position profiles as necessary.

      • Provide support for Transwestern’s internal communication sites (i.e. The Source, Workday, TW Website, etc.) as it relates to HR information.

      • Assist with the creation and regular updates of HR documents and collateral.

      Other:

      • Assists HR Leadership with other projects, when requested.

      • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

      POSITION REQUIREMENTS

      • Preferably a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related degree field.

      • Must have 1-2 years prior office experience.

      • Experience in supporting an executive level professional a plus.

      • Must have advanced MS 365 Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.

      • HRIS experience a plus.

      • Ability to keep information strictly confidential.

      • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact will all levels of the organization with diplomacy and professionalism.

      • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

      • Strong organizational skills.

      • Strong desire to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment.

      • Must be able to handle multiple projects, changing priorities and a continually heavy workload.

      • Strong customer service orientation.
