For additional information, click Here - Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business administration or a related field. Four (4) years experience in human resources, business administration, or related experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in the human resources field, business administration, or public education setting.
- Demonstrated experience with Human Resources Information Systems databases, HRIS or similar database.
- Demonstrated experience with employee contracts and negotiated agreements.

Job Summary: The human resources coordinator oversees an assigned workgroup (ie certified, classified, substitute, temporary, and non-represented personnel) control processes and procedures, ensuring that procedures conform to employment laws, negotiated agreements, district policies, and state laws.
Salary: Grade 6, $68,548.48 - $97,710.08 DOE
Work Day: 8 hours per day
Work Year: 12 months
Bargaining Unit: Non-Represented
