Job Description
- Req#: 130826
- Provide exceptional guest service to internal Team Members and external candidates, to include: answering questions, assisting with application process, answering phone calls, scheduling for panels, interviews and new hire orientation
- Responsible for facilitating new hire celebration and panel interviews
- Processes new hires, gaming licenses, background check and property to property transfers
- Assist with development and distribution of property communications and Team Member events
- Maintain accurate filing of all Team Member files
- Maintain and order general office supplies
- Supports HR team with additional duties and projects as needed
- High School Diploma or GED required;
- Minimum one year previous work experience in a customer service type position
- Prior experience working in human resources preferred
- Previous working knowledge with Ultipro, Icims and Filebound preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs, and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in vary work areas such as confined spaces

Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
