      Req#: 68582

      Assist with hiring by processing, coordinating application process, onboarding, recommending candidates, licensing and related work cards and handling pre-employment onboarding and orientation.

      Work closely with HR management and oversee new hire training.

      Research, answer, and follow-up on daily inquiries from team members and managers on policies, benefits, and other related issues.

      Performs data input, such as new hires, transfers, leaves of absence, terminations, Oracle data.

      Works closely with Payroll.

      Maintains personnel files, ensuring compliance with SOX.

      Performs related duties as assigned by the HR Manager or Director.

      Must exhibit the Family Style Service model for our Guests and Team Members.

      EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. Exceptional candidates will be professional, self-motivated, well organized and detail oriented with flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent; 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources preferred. Working knowledge of current employment laws and related legislation. Must possess and be able to maintain the applicable regional Gaming card(s) and/or License(s), if any. Must be able to effectively communicate in English. Must be able to read and write simple lists, interoffice memorandums, and business correspondence. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Outlook, and Excel. Oracle applications helpful.

      PHYSICAL & MENTAL DEMANDS: Lift up to 25 lbs. Push and pull up to 50 lbs. Must be able to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and hear. Dexterity to utilize tools. Stand for long periods of time or entire shift. Walk up and down stairs. Type. Maneuver in confined spaces. Will have guest contact. Work flexible schedules. Understand, read, write, and speak English. Sit for long periods of time.
