Job Description

- Provide partnership and HR support to our most important asset: our people
- Respond to employee inquiries and employment verification requests in a timely manner
- Send offer letters to candidates
- Complete HR-related on-boarding tasks for new hires
- Conduct weekly new hire orientations
- Utilize our HRIS system, SharePoint, iCIMS, and CostPoint to maintain employee records
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 0–2 years of HR experience
- Customer service oriented
- Enthusiastic and engaging personality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- US Citizen is required

Credence has an immediate need for a Human Resources Coordinator for a full-time position in our McLean, VA office. This role is ideal for someone who is driven, organized, and eager to grow a career in Human Resources. This role requires onsite in office 3- 4 days per week.
