      MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

      To provide comprehensive human resources administrative support to the business unit HR Department and employees

      KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

      Effecient and effective resolution of employee queries

      To provide general administrative human resources support services

      Accurate and timely updates of employee details on the ERP system

      Support the business unit with relevant employee engagement initiatives

      Support the business unit with relevant Emiratisation events and related service delivery

      REQUIRED EDUCATION

      A relevant Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

      REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

      Training and development will be provided to qualifying UAE nationals

      At least 1-2 years relevant human resources administrative experience is desired

      REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

      • Computer literacy (MS Office) and skilled in the use of spreadsheet analysis techniques
      • Data analytics techniques
      • Knowledge of employee special events and related logistics
      • UAE Labour Law
