 What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
 - Maintain data integrity and accuracy in HR systems, including SuccessFactors and ADP
 - Manage and maintain employee records through timely electronic filing
 - Generate and deliver reports from HR systems to support decision-making
 - Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues
 - Coordinate with Benefits and Payroll teams to provide effective solutions to employees
 What is Required (Qualifications):
 - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
 - 2-5 years of experience in a human resources coordinator or similar role
 - Proven expertise in using HR information systems like SuccessFactors and ADP
 - Strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and best practices
 - Excellent customer service and communication skills
 How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
 - Certification in human resources, such as CHRP/CPHR
 - Familiarity with HR policies, processes, and best practices
 - Strong data management and reporting skills
 - Technical proficiency in HR systems and software capabilities
 - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
